Cookie Policy

Information about how we use cookies and similar technologies.

1. What this page covers

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. This page sets out exactly which ones KelvinTrack places, what they are for, and how to refuse them.

2. What we place

Three things, and nothing else. An authentication cookie, only if you sign in to your account. Your cookie choice, so we do not ask again on every visit. And, if and only if you accept, Google Analytics measurement cookies. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no sale of data.

3. The detail

Strictly necessary: auth_token and refresh_token, set when you sign in. They keep you signed in, cannot be read by scripts, and are exempt from consent. Your choice: kt_cookie_consent_v1, kept for six months in your browser's local storage. Measurement: the _ga cookies from Google Analytics, set only after you accept and deleted as soon as you withdraw.

4. Refusing or changing your mind

The “Manage cookies” link at the foot of every page reopens the banner at any time: refusing deletes the measurement cookies immediately. Your browser can also block or clear cookies from its settings; note that blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop you signing in to your account.

5. Contact Us

If you have any questions about our use of cookies, please contact us at contact@kelvintrack.com. We will respond to your inquiry within 30 days.
