What happens after you write

The form above passes your message to our team and immediately sends back a confirmation email containing a copy of it, in the language of the site you are reading. Our reply goes to the address you entered, so check it before sending, and look in your spam folder if nothing arrives.

If the form will not send from your machine, write to us directly at contact@kelvintrack.com.

Languages, delivery and coverage

The site, the dashboard and KelvinTrack's automatic emails all exist in five languages: French, English, German, Spanish and Italian.

KelvinTag sensors ship to metropolitan France, Corsica included. The dashboard itself is a web application: it opens in a browser, on a computer or a phone, and the Android app acts as the gateway that uploads the sensor readings.

What is useful to tell us

The more specific your message, the more specific our answer. Three things are usually enough:

• how many cold units you need to monitor: fridges, freezers, cold rooms;
• your sector: foodservice, institutional catering, pharmacy and healthcare, or cold chain logistics;
• what you use today: paper log sheets, a probe thermometer, or a connected system you are looking to replace.
