Why you received an email from us, what data we hold and your rights.
1. Data controller
KelvinTrack is a service of AESTECHNO, an electronics design office based in Grabels (Herault), France. For any question about your personal data, write to contact@kelvintrack.com or use the contact page.
2. Why did I receive an email from you?
You received a business-to-business prospecting message because your role in your company relates directly to what we do: temperature monitoring and cold-chain compliance (food service, pharmacy, logistics). We only contact professionals, on their professional contact details, about a subject relevant to their activity.
3. Data processed and sources
The data is strictly professional: first and last name, role, professional email address, company and sector. It comes from publicly accessible professional sources: professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn), professional directories and registers, or your company website. We process no sensitive data and do no profiling.
4. Legal basis: legitimate interest
This processing relies on our legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) in introducing our services to directly concerned professionals. In line with the accountability principle we performed a legitimate interest assessment (balancing test), with these safeguards: strictly professional and role-relevant contact, limited frequency, objection possible at any time and honoured immediately, no resale of data.
5. Retention
Your prospecting details are kept at most three years after our last contact without a positive reply. If you object, they are removed from our sending lists immediately and your address is kept only on our suppression list, to guarantee you are not contacted again.
6. Your rights
You can object at any time to receiving our messages (GDPR Article 21): via the unsubscribe link in every email, or by writing to contact@kelvintrack.com. You also have the rights of access, rectification, erasure and restriction, and may lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority or with the French CNIL (cnil.fr).
7. Recipients
Your data is neither sold nor shared for commercial purposes. It is accessible only to the AESTECHNO team and to its technical email-sending providers, acting on our instructions and for this sole purpose.
