Account & data deletion

You can request deletion of your KelvinTrack account and all associated personal data at any time, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

How to request deletion

Send a request by email from the address associated with your account. After we verify your identity, your account and associated data are deleted within a maximum of 30 days.

Data that is deleted

Deletion covers in particular:

Your account and profile (name, email, phone)
Your sensors, alarms, groups and monitoring settings
Your sign-in history and preferences
Your order history linked to your account

Data that may be retained

Some data may be retained where the law requires it - for example invoices, kept for our accounting and tax obligations for the legally required period. This data is no longer used for any other purpose.
